We created the Remace Weighted Jump Rope System because we believe using a weighted jump rope is the single best exercise a person can do. You don’t need a $5000 treadmill or inconvenient gym membership to get in the best shape of your life. Most people are unaware how effective jumping rope can be. Using a weighted rope can improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, and overall health. It’s also an effective tool for burning calories, weight-loss and strength-training. 

So why is using a weighted jump rope so effective? Well, the added weight of the rope means you’ll be getting an upper body workout in addition to the cardio of a traditional jump rope workout. The added weight makes the workout efficient so you burn more calories eliminating the need for a long, boring workout.

The orange level 4 zone, also known as the "cardio" zone, is the optimal heart rate range for improving cardiovascular fitness. This zone is between 80-90% of a person's maximum heart rate.
